1. Introduction

Welcome to Rtechspot! We are an early-stage creative agency offering UI/UX design, website and app development, VAPT, digital marketing, and data analytics services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms outline the rules and guidelines for using our services and ensure mutual understanding between you (the client) and us (Rtechspot). If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from engaging with our services.

2. Services Offered

Rtechspot provides the following services:

• UI/UX Design: Crafting user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
• Website Development: Building responsive and functional websites.
• App Development: Developing mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
• Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT): Ensuring application and system security.
• Digital Marketing: Improving online presence through SEO, social media, and advertising campaigns.
• Data Analytics: Offering insights through advanced data processing and reporting.

All services are provided based on mutual agreements, detailed project scopes, and timelines.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information to facilitate project development.
• Respond promptly to our queries and provide necessary feedback.
• Refrain from using our services for illegal or unethical activities.

4. Payment Terms

• Invoicing: Payment details, including amounts and due dates, will be clearly outlined in the initial agreement.
• Advance Payments: We may request advance payments or milestone-based payments depending on the project scope.
• Late Payments: Delays in payment may result in suspension of work or additional charges.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

• Rtechspot retains ownership of all deliverables until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, ownership rights to the deliverables will be transferred to the client unless otherwise specified.
• The client is not permitted to use Rtechspot’s designs, code, or other deliverables for purposes outside the agreed scope of the project without prior written approval.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This includes business data, trade secrets, and intellectual property.

7. Liability

• Rtechspot is committed to delivering high-quality services. However, we do not guarantee outcomes that depend on external factors (e.g., third-party tools or platforms).
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our services.

8. Revisions and Modifications

Revisions or modifications requested by the client after the project scope has been finalized may incur additional charges and may affect the project timeline.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement if:

• The client fails to meet payment obligations.
• Rtechspot fails to deliver services as per the agreed terms (after reasonable attempts to resolve issues).

Termination terms will be outlined in the project agreement.

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith discussions. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to informal arbitration.

11. Updates to Terms

Rtechspot reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions as our operations grow and evolve. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
